In this colorful painting I have included elements that I found around me such as the red pear, and the oriole. Observation is the foundation for this current series, and I have inspiration all around me in my daily life. In fact, I ate this red pear for lunch right after I painted it.
Many of my paintings include an acorn from my very own oak trees. They are always dropping into my potted garden and little oaks are sprouting up all over.
Framed in a simple maple frame.
